Frequently Asked Questions

Are your soaps glycerine soaps?

Technically yes, but our soap does not have added glycerine, like the clear soaps that are named “Glycerine Soaps”. Glycerine is a natural byproduct of the soap making process.

What’s the difference?

Well, in order to make the soap clear, you have to add alcohol which will actually dry your skin, so extra glycerine is needed to make the soap moisturizing again.

Our soap retains the natural moisturizing properties and needs no extra glycerine, so the biggest difference is how it looks.

Is this good for sensitive skin?

Absolutely, in fact, the reason that Jennifer started making soap is because she herself has very sensitive skin and she knew the difficulty of finding the right soap, so she learned how to make it herself.

How long does a bar of soap usually last?

Depends on where you keep it, but usually about 2 weeks to a month, if kept out of direct water stream.

Do you have a storefront that I can visit in person?

No, but we are vendors at craft shows all over Northwest Indiana and we do those fairly often.
